If you use up the lid setting shade, does it count as an empty for your project 100?

You’re doing great! Love that there’s another empty. I’ve had a stressful month or so with a couple of people dying, so I did end up caving and broke my no buy and bought 3 new eyeshadow palettes, but they’re ones I’ve been eyeing off for like 4 years, and from colour pop, so I don’t feel too bad about it. Otherwise things have been going well. I’m at 30/50 empties, and really just having some fun rotating through items seasonally. I am close to another empty or two, but probably not for a few more months. The Sydney grace Christmas in July sale is really tempting me at the end of the month currently. Got a couple more weeks until it starts, so who knows? I may have forgotten about it by then (I doubt it)

I am rooting for you to finish honey love and watch the blush pan(s) expand for next update! You are doing great. And lipgloss is a personal choice finishing it. I am almost through lifter gloss and I find those easy to finish and get the dregs out without it being messy but honestly for some things I just call it done no removing the stopper. I am at the point with my projects where everything is long haul and I am working really hard not to buy impulsively. I am hoping this month for blush pan(s) if possible, finishing two perfumes one travel one full size, knocking out my lipgloss I am almost done and just to see things moving and grooving progress is coming slowly but surely.

I just finished my bronzer from my pan that palette yesterday. So now it's two blushes and a highlighter left. And you have great progress slow and steady does it you are getting slow close to that trio being done!

Your updates are satisfying to follow, I always enjoy them. I'm close to hitting a pan in a shimmer where I thought I'd settle for a usage goal. It's a big deal for someone who hits 1-2 pans a year haha

I have 7 pans 4 in eyeshadow singles 2 in highlights and 1 in a bronzer. My big goal is to have 3 blush pans this year so one in an individual blush and to hit pan in both the blushes in pan that palette. I am focusing on finishing some shadows this year so hitting pan isn't necessarily the goal there just want to use as many of my singles at least 5x that I can. I started last year and I have a ways to go.

Wow, what great timimg for this! I just hit pan on my Tarte Beach Cheeks cream bronzer today! It's just a mini size, but has still taken me a long time to hit pan. So happy! And great job on hitting so many more pans yourself! 😃

Mac is so hard to pan I got 2 of my mac blushes I need to pan and get out of my collection

Last year I fully finished an hourglass holiday palette with 6 pans and this year I am focusing on a mac holiday face trio. I have pan in 2 out of 3 of the mac pans, highlight and Bronzer but because they are a gelee formula the blush doesn't seem to be moving 😂

Sometimes it's easiest to stick to the quads or rows are they tend to be complimentary shades. I am trying to no pan left behind all my palettes and sometimes it helps me to plan out my looks and sometimes I just do that and some days I am creative. The biggest excitement with my project pan is that I repressed an eyeshadow and a bronzer. The bronzer I feel like I can knock out this month and the eyeshadow I now may attempt to finish it and roll in in officially as might as well.

After your 29 uses maybe press that one shadow in there so I can get a palette up. Have 2 Lil z palettes I'm working on my singles it's taking awhile some are big pans

I wonder if you could work through your I feel beautiful palette and do a rotation of 10 uses for each shade in the JH palette till you finish the other one and slowly work through those palettes shade by shade. I love how ambitious your goals are. I am almost through my bronzer in my pan that palette and I have a steady growing pan in my highlight but the blushes are taking forever learning a lot from my first pan that palette. I don't know what I was thinking with lipstick and eyeshadow singles to finish but I am going to try anyways. At this point I have half a refresh I just have to figure out what I want to work on next.

Maybe you could randomly select one shade from the Jacklyn Hill palette and have a use goal and just use them that way.

I really dont buy anything except for palettes and i havent bought any of those this year. i am down to one foundation, one primer, one concealer and one contour. im slowly trying to at least hit pan on all blushes and highlighters. If i dont buy another eyeshadow i will still have enough for generations lol

Yay for empties!! 🥳🥳 You're super close on a few items! You'll have a few empties next month too. I think i'm at 25/50 empties currently... I'd need to confirm with my list. But! Making my way through things slowly. 😊 My no buy has been going super well this year! I've only bought one makeup item and it was a new foundation that is my HG. I've been using a sample for months and loving it! So caved and bought the full size. But that's literally it. Other than that i'm just slowly working my way through things, and i decided to start an eyeshadow roulette project with a 10 use goal. It's still taking me weeks to hit 10 uses. My makeup usage is pretty intermittent currently.

Slow but steady progress. I see the changes!

Progress is progress. That IBY trio is getting so close! And I am doing well in everything I am working on except my two singles I am trying to work through. So I need to increase their usage and I think I will see expansion. I am half way through one and the other the pan is growing every time I use it I just have been busy using singles and making sure to use all my palettes no pan left behind style. I can't beat myself up as it means I have been rotating through everything just not evenly obviously as we get in habits or switch our focus.

You’re doing great, don’t worry if it’s a slow progress, you’re using the palettes and that’s what matters. I’m doing a project 100 uses with my Colourpop Blush Crush palette, I’m around 60-70 uses, so I’ll have to start to think what palette I’m going to choose once I hit my goal

The ones you working on are getting close to finish especially the one you set the primer with. After you finish that shade you press the single shade in it. That's what i do it helps me used up my palettes

Yea for empties! I am looking for a new face primer since Tarte discontinued my favorite from their "Sea" collection. It was the Quench gel one. I loved that one, so I'm hoping to find something similiar execpt all the gel formula ones I have looked at on Ulta and Sephora say they have a dewey finish which I don't like on me. So it's been a struggle! I have dry skin, but don't usually like the dewey finish as I feel like it just makes me look like I'm sweating 😂
